Appeared in Library Journal on 1990-09-01:
Contained in this book is a comprehensive reference guide to the European Economic Community. The authors provide a history from the 1970s to the present, and this serves as a springboard to information necessary to do business in Europe now and in the future. Private and public (government) agencies, the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade, and the monetary system are discussed. The addresses of government agencies and other information providers, export regulations, business and manufacturing standards, and bibliographies for further reading are arranged in a manner so that they can be easily retrieved, giving the user an efficient information tool. Highly recommended for all business collections.-- Steven J. Mayover, Free Lib. of Philadelphia
